Once you've had one of our juicy, NON-GMO Pasture-Raised Turkeys, you will never go back to a store-bought bird. ​Raising premium turkeys requires lots of TLC, including moving them every day to access fresh pasture, bugs, and grubs that will make them well-balanced in size, deeply flavorful, and nutritious—much higher in Omega 3s and nutrients than conventionally raised. Our turkeys are selected for their muscle quality and total body confirmation. To alleviate issues of unpredictable fall weather and its impact on turkey sizes, we will raise all our Turkeys on summer's vibrant pastures and harvest the birds at their ideal harvest weight. Raised without vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics. They are not injected with butter, preservatives, or any extra ingredients. 
Note~ We process our turkeys once per year to ensure the most efficient operation and to meet customer demand. This schedule allows our birds to enjoy the full benefits of summer pasture, allowing them to grow naturally and reach their peak weight before processing. This schedule also ensures families have their turkeys ready for both early and traditional holiday gatherings. 

Please plan accordingly and ensure you have ample freezer space for your Gobbler, as all orders must be picked up during the harvest weekend. Our harvest typically takes place on or around the second weekend of November. We appreciate your preparation and support in helping us maintain a smooth and timely process for all customers.
