1:1 Consultations with Bucking Duck Ranch

If you have questions, we have answers.
We may not be Google 😉, but we know a lot through trials, errors, and lifetimes of research. Let us help you avoid those mistakes so you don’t have to go through the same trials yourself!

How Our 1:1 Phone Consultations Work

During your 60-minute consultation, I will:

• Answer your questions

• Help you gain clarity

• Brainstorm next steps or goals

Preparation is key: Write down all your questions beforehand to get the most out of your time. When you book a consultation, you are hiring me as a consultant.

Booking Your Consultation

1. Send a message via our Facebook page, Bucking Duck Ranch, letting us know:

   • How many hours you want to book

   • Some of the topics you want to cover

2. We will respond within 72 hours with available dates and times. (We are in Central Time Zone—please keep that in mind.)

3. Once you select a date and time, you will receive an invoice via PayPal (Friends & Family). This is a nonrefundable payment confirming your booking.

   • Your consultation is not confirmed until payment is received. If payment isn’t received within 3 days, the invoice will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• One reschedule is allowed per client.

• More than one cancellation voids the consultation, no refund will be issued.

• No refunds will be given for unused time or missed appointments.

• Double-check your scheduled date and time.

• Be ready with your questions to make the most of your 60 minutes.

• We will be fully prepared on our end, with distractions blocked and resources ready to efficiently send photos, information, or links during your call.
