Pasture Raised Grass Fed Beef Calves for purchase to Finish how you like.

 

OR    

   We focus on raising superior genetics for premium meat from our herd of beef cattle. Rotationally grazed on the grasses of our pastures for their entire life and supplemented (only the last 180 days) with high quality Organic Whole Grain and premium alfalfa. OR you can buy pasture raised calves from us and finish them how you like at home. Here in our Indiana winter months, they still get the best care and attention, out on dry pasture with room to roam and fed free choice premium forage of Organic Round Baleage. We pride ourselves on great marbling and incredible flavor and we achieve that by also harvesting based on size not age. Our meat is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days, further enhancing the flavor and tenderness of our already superior beef. Our attention to detail in this process is what really sets our beef apart. Raised without antibiotics or hormones.
